The March of the Men of Harlech, it's an old Welsh patriotic song about a battle at Harlech castle. A number of British regiments and Celtic sport clubs make use of it.
Afraid not. I was surprised when that website came out that there were none since it claims to have been done in collaboration with him. As far as I know he's never visited Mexico though the monarchists would love him to and even a few republicans I've spoken to have said they would be glad to have him come. Most who have gone deeper than the public school propaganda in Mexico, even if they are republicans, do not see Maximilian as a villain like the majority do.
