Most all today have knighthoods (heck, even some republics do or something close to it) but recognized aristocracy is harder to come by. Some countries abolished noble titles, some recognize them but that's all and almost none have any special perks or duties, save perhaps for some of the Islamic monarchies.
I meant modern monarchies, sorry I didn't specify, I know many monarchies had them, I just didn't know if they still had them or not.
